During this high-energy class, you'll engage in a variety of heart-pumping cardio exercises using top-of-the-line machines such as Ski ergs, rowing machines, and fan bikes. These exercises will not only increase your cardio endurance and power but also provide a full-body burn.


Interspersed throughout the cardio intervals, you'll focus on targeted core movements that will challenge and strengthen your abs, obliques, and lower back.
