Various workout styles such as AMRAP’s (As many Reps/Rounds as Possible), EMOM’s (every minute on the minute), reps for time and circuit style training and more.
This class is designed to enhance your fitness level and improve functional movement as well as cardiovascular health. Whether you are new to fitness, or a workout warrior, you will be pushed to your MAX! Strength & Conditioning is an excellent addition to your workout regime, if not one of the sole resistance workouts you should do.
