Challenge yourself with our weekly HYROX classes, where you get a taste of the race every Sunday!

 

Each session focuses on practicing your form and technique across the various HYROX stations to build and maintain the strength, endurance, and mental toughness needed to excel. 

 

Whether you're a HYROX first-timer or a seasoned competitor, this class will have you sweating and keep you conditioned throughout the year!

​Pairing these classes with our MAX Output sessions gives you an ultimate stack designed to push you to new performance levels.

 

Note: This class is separate from our Hyrox Training Program. The training program only runs within the 8-12 weeks before a race and comes at an additional cost. The HYROX Conditioning class is open to members and non-members and runs year-round.
