We encourage you to stop using ‘single-use plastic bottles’ and bring your own reusable one, or even purchase one of our own fully recyclable, repurposed water bottles and bring that to class instead. We only use natural, homemade oils, without harmful chemicals, which allows for even the most sensitive of skin types to enjoy the benefits of an Output massage.

EAT YOUR EXCUSES ON THE WAY IN - YOU'RE HERE!

My love for fitness and sports, teamed with my passion for helping others progress and better their lives, has led me to a career in personal training. I myself am an accomplished athlete, having played rugby for Hong Kong and competed in Strongman competitions. Alongside this, my medical studies in podiatry, which allowed me to learn about the human anatomy, has helped with my understanding of the body’s recovery system - a vital aspect of personal training. I have also continued my fitness education, ensuring I have maintained my qualifications whilst actively seeking to learn new things, to guarantee I provide unique and thrilling training sessions. My expertise and experience allowed me to be scouted as the Great British Dragon Boat team’s strength and conditioning coach - where I designed, planned and coached their training programme. This took me to the 2017-2018 China World Championships, where the GB team came home with a Bronze Medal, and again to the 2018-2019 Thailand World Championships. This invaluable experience has shaped who I am today and has also presented me with other opportunities, including helping a local dragon boating club travel to Hungary to compete in the Club Crew World Championships IDBF. All of these experiences changed my life, and having received such positive feedback from others, encouraged me to start my own business, which allows me to bring my personal knowledge to you today.

Hi Im A Massage Therapist Whats Your Super Power?!

My career in massage therapy and fitness has derived from my fascination with the human anatomy. I have travelled worldwide - between Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom - learning and gaining qualifications in sports science and the art of massage therapy. I have over 7 years experience in the industry, through both freelancing and working in an internationally recognised Spa group. My continued hands on experience, teamed with ongoing examinations, has kept my knowledge relevant, fresh and inspiring. Output has presented me with a new and exciting opportunity to continue to combine both my sports and massage disciplines, by offering specified relaxation and recovery packages to ensure the ultimate therapeutic experience. My own fitness journey, and my pursuit in an athletic career, was kickstarted a couple of years ago when I started training as a strong woman. I have competed in The Static Monsters Competition two years in a row, and qualified and ranked fifth in the world in 2019; giving me an invitation to the 2020 World Championships. This has all contributed to my expertise in both fitness and massage and will help me ensure my client’s progress and reach their goals.
