OUR STORY

Beginning in 2018, Tom and Kalana first created Output Fitness; combining their knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry they decided to partner up to build their brand. Starting from outdoor bootcamp solely for dragon boat team land training and mobile PT and massage therapy, to now owning and running their first gym in Sheung wan. Proving that hard work and dedication does pay off. Their hearts set on changing people's lives for the better through fitness has led them to grow and expand the community they aspire to build year after year. 

 

Output fitness is a family run business bringing you the best of what we can offer you through a friendly, fun and healthy environment. We want you to feel welcomed at any level of fitness and at any stage of life! We run our business with the help of mum Vanessa (Mumager). Collectively we give you the output you know and love. 

 

Our brand derives from the idea that we can be stronger together; Community, acceptance, building self confidence and learning your strength potentials. We pride ourselves on letting you know that you can join us at any stage of your fitness journey and we can help you get the results you dream of, or reach whatever  goal you set for yourself. 

 

Tom and Kalana are no exception, they train to reach their own personal goals too! Whether it be for a competition or to maintain strength in the off season they strive to keep motivated and in doing so they'll keep you motivated along the way!
